ArtiRead is a website for learning German by reading short stories. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, who else handles it, and how you can control it.
Guests and signed-in users
You can browse and read as a guest without an account. Guests share one anonymous guest profile, so ArtiRead does not store personal learning data for guests. Saving vocabulary and tracking progress need sign-in.
Account data
ArtiRead uses Google Sign-In. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier with us. We store that with your subscription status and the learning data you create.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept in the consent banner, ArtiRead measures anonymous usage with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and uses Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps). If you decline, none of these tools are loaded. There are no ads and no advertising cookies.
Your rights and account deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. See the Privacy Policy on the site for details.
